# Introduction

SyNull is a cloud service provider. We provide cloud products for different workloads and a customer console where you can purchase, operate, and renew those services.

With one SyNull account, you can browse available products, place orders, manage active services, handle billing, and contact support.

## What SyNull provides

  Available cloud products, payment methods, metrics, and management actions depend on your account and purchased service. The customer console shows only the capabilities currently available to you.

## How the customer console is organized

* **Store** contains services available for purchase.
* **Cart** keeps the configurations you selected before checkout.
* **Product Management** lists services already attached to your account.
* **Finance** contains balance, transaction, billing, and invoice information.
* **Tickets** is where you contact support and follow replies.
* **Account Settings** contains profile and security controls.
