Entity responsible for processing personal information: SyNull Limited
Place of registration: Hong Kong
Business Registration No.: 80261565
Address: Room 1508, 15/F, Office Tower Two, Grand Plaza, 625 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong
1. Scope
This policy explains how SyNull processes personal information when providing its website, customer console, accounts, ordering, billing, customer support, and cloud services.
Business data you store in instances may contain personal information about your customers, employees, or others. You should meet your obligations as the relevant entity responsible for that processing. The service contract or data processing agreement should specify SyNull’s processing scope, responsibilities, and both parties’ rights. This policy does not replace privacy notices required for your own business.
Third-party services may have their own privacy policies. SyNull remains responsible under applicable law for processing it determines or commissions.
Information comes from you, necessary records generated through service use, and relevant results returned by payment, security, and other service providers. The table does not mean every category is collected on every visit.
Required fields should be identified when collecting information. If you decline information needed for a particular service, that feature may be unavailable. Declining optional information should not restrict unrelated services.
Identity documents and financial information may receive stricter legal protection. Before processing, explain the necessity, impact, and safeguards as required by applicable law, and obtain any required separate or explicit consent. You do not need to give support staff passwords, private keys, verification codes, or complete payment credentials.
3. Grounds and limits of processing
For each activity, SyNull should identify the grounds permitted by applicable law, such as performing a contract, fulfilling legal obligations, or valid consent, and use information only within the disclosed purposes and necessary scope.
Displaying this policy does not constitute blanket consent to all processing. Activities requiring consent should provide a corresponding choice. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out on valid consent or automatically end necessary processing supported by another lawful ground.
Before introducing marketing, profiling, advertising tracking, or other optional processing for a different purpose, provide additional disclosures and legally required consent and opt-out mechanisms. Silence should not be treated as consent.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses cookies or browser storage for sign-in state, language, and theme preferences, and to record referral sources when the relevant feature is enabled. Clearing or blocking storage may require you to sign in again, reset preferences, or prevent referral recognition.
Avoid retaining sign-in credentials on shared devices, and sign out after use. Browser settings allow you to inspect, clear, or restrict storage.
Necessary storage should be distinguished from optional analytics or marketing storage. Optional storage requiring consent by law should not be enabled before obtaining it.
5. Security and incidents
SyNull should apply appropriate access controls, transmission protection, credential management, and other measures according to risk, and restrict personnel access. Specific measures must reflect verified implementation, without promising absolute security or the absence of all risk.
Personal information incidents should be investigated promptly and their impact contained. Affected users and relevant authorities should be notified of the circumstances, potential impact, and response as required by applicable law.
6. Updates
Material changes should be communicated through the website, console, or account contact channels, identifying the version and effective date. Obtain fresh consent where changes to purposes, information categories, recipients, or other matters require it. Previous versions should remain available according to the actual version-management rules.Last modified on September 7, 2026
